Because or cryptocurrency unstable market we never provide returns for miners for any reason.
But we provide 30 days warranty for all used miners in our store, brand new miners usually covered by manufacturer warranty. If for any reason your miner got fault please send us message with detailed information about your issue (best if it will be kernel log and miner working page) and we will try to help you to solve it remotely or in case if it`s impossible we will provide you return label within USA, fix it and send you back. In case if miner impossible to fix we will provide replacement. Warranty started from date of shipping from our warehouse. If you are international buyer from date of delivery to your side. We do not cover international shipping for warranty issues.
The following conditions will invalidate the warranty
1.The mining machine itself is dismantled, and the components are changed and replaced.
2.Damage caused by lightning strikes, voltage surges, inferior power supplies, etc.
3.Ingress of water, circuit boards and components are affected by moisture and corrosion;
4.The circuit board has burnt marks or the chip is burned;
5. overclocking.
How about the Warranty?
A.180 days warranty for new machine.If it is within the warranty period, the original factory of the miners will be responsible for it. If it is out of warranty, we will provide paid maintenance service
B.For used miners,we will send testing video with SN code before shipment to make sure every miner is in a good state. And we will provide paid maintenance service after that.
